如何使用foundry提供的ADS模型文件

How to use model file provided by the foundry in ADS?

对于foundry提供了完整的design-kit，可以简单的在ads中添加。但是如果是.net文件，要添加的话可以按照以下步骤完成：

1. Find the model file for ADS, always named with *.net, put it in any path ADS can reach.

2. In ADS, open a new schematic window.

3. run File-->Import, specify the Netlist File (don't change anything in the .net file).

4. After importing, the model items will be shown on the schematic window.

5. Copy the model items to your design windows.

6. Then you can simulate with the models.
